I was going uphill on Monte Bello Road on 2023/11/11 about 1pm. Heard engine sound closing by so I moved closer to the side. Then I heard the car behind me speeding up so I went further to the right. When a truck passed by very fast, I saw it was too close to me and even went close to the right side. In 20 minutes or so later on Monte Bello, I saw the same truck was parked in a construction site.
