Extremely close high speed pass

Riding single file with others and after other cars going past giving a wide berth, this happened without there being any oncoming traffic such that there was absolutely no excuse for the extremely close pass that doesn't look that close until you pause the video just as it goes past with the distance between the rider ahead and the car being twice what it was for me.
