Cyclist was approaching red lights and as can be seen the driver behind him just chose to push towards the left turn lane. The cyclist spoke to the driver and mentioned a one metre passing requirement. The driver claims he thought the cyclist was going to turn left, so presumably that justifies the driver almost riding over the top of the rider
