Driver didn’t slow down for stop sign, simply because she would have bottomed out in the drainage gutter if she hadn’tI never trust people to stop at stop signs and if I had trusted her she would have hit me or I would have hit the side of her car. As it was I had to emergency stop. Followed her to get her plate number.
