25 Jun, 2025 - 3 weeks ago - on Old Middleton Road Riding down hill at ~23 when car backs out of driveway without checking for traffic. I moved towards the center line to be more visible in my high vis jersey, with a bright headlight and a bright blinking headlight. Driver didn't "see" me until I shouted several times.
