Double Chicken Run … then turn off less than 500m later!

9 Apr, 2025 - 2 weeks ago - on Aldgate Place A group of 30 of us had just crested the hill and started the decent when not one, but two cars decide to do a chicken run on the far side of the traffic islands approaching a corner at the base of the hill... needless to say a vehicle came the other way, meaning that they both needed to pull back onto the correct side of the road, right into the middle of our peloton. Then, to cap off their stupidity, both then turn off at the roadabout less than 500m up the road! Unreal stupidity to literally try to save a few seconds off their journey.
