While proceeding along Richmond Rd a heavy truck made no effort to provide myself and the group of cyclists I was riding with at the time 1.5m of clearance as required by law. The actions of the truck caused two vehicles traveling towards us to take emergency action and cross onto the shoulder on their side of the road. The video attached clearly shows the registration number of the truck as XT21AS, a green Scania truck.
