I was heading down Wairau Road at about 45-50km/h. Two cars in the right lane and just me in the left lane. As we approached the traffic lights the driver of a car in the right lane decided to change lanes, while I was right next to her left front door. I wasnt in my preferred position on the road (in front or behind the car) but if she had looked I was clearly visible. I was just to the left of centre of my lane. Perfectly legal and normally safe, forcing cars into the other lane to pass.
