Cyclist in front of you stopping at a red light? Put your foot down! RX05SUY

I came to a stop at a red light & glanced in my mirror to see a Mercedes in the middle lane & a Renault Kangoo in the left lane that I was also in travelling side by side. The Mercedes started to slow for the red light but the Renault did not & I was worried that it would drive straight into me. At the last moment the Renault moved slightly right & passed me very close at high speed. As the video shows the Mercedes had plenty of time to stop safely but the Renault driver chose instead to accelerate through a red light even with a cyclist stopped in front of them in the same lane.
