Crazy driver, he is among us

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

4 Jul, 2026 - 3 months ago - on Avenida Das Américas
He is among us. With only 200 meters left before reaching the cycling club's meeting point, we were almost hit from behind. I noticed that one of the car's taillights was out, so I kept my eyes on the vehicle. The driver ran a red light and continued along the usual route to our club. I lost sight of the car, but as I approached the meeting point, I realized it was parked there.

I went back to confront the driver because I already knew he was a member of our club, although I didn't know who he was. He stayed inside the car with the lights on and never got out. I had to leave, otherwise I would have missed the ride.

I shared this video to the coach and owner of the club, and they identified the crazy rider. To this day (July 29), he has not apologized directly to me or to my friend. The club owner said he would speak to him... I'm still waiting.
