Driver of 1ENT027 wants to turn right on a no-right-turn intersection. First she takes off on the wrong side of the road and hurriedly does a dodgy U-turn when she sees an oncoming car. I'm interested now so loop back to observe. The then pulls another U-turn to have a second go and finally manages to circumvent the 'no-right-turn' by doing a U-turn around a 'No U-turn' sign.
Clueless.
