Close pass with swinging trailer gate

Riding west along Whitehorse Road, Nunawading when passed closely by ute with trailer 80kph speed zone Driver should have left 1.5 metre passing space
Looked at vision at home realised the trailer gate was unsecured and could have hit me if driver had completely passed me
(TIME stamp incorrect on vision).
