Close pass on blind bend

The van raced up behind us. The road was (still is) badly pot-holed on the left so we stick out slightly. Just around the bend there is a driveway where we were going to let the van past. No he just overtakes on the blind left hand bend, causing an on-coming car to brake. Video submitted to police via the national UK portal for dash cam footage. They replied that this would result in a prosecution. No idea of the result of the prosecution, but now my local police - Avon and Somerset are taking part in the Close Pass Initiative, so things looking up.
