Close pass from impatient Volkswagen driver

Having taken up a position in the cycle box next to a scooter that was turning left, I moved into the left position in the road as soon as I had passed him. Evidently this wasn't quick enough for the driver of the white Volkswagen who passed within half a meter of me.
