Close Pass By Truck and Trailer

At 17:05:13 29-Jun-2021 a Silver Dodge Pickup Truck going NW on Hancock Rd in Upper Gwynedd, PA lugging a trailer passed closely while oncoming traffic approached opposite, causing me to sway and almost make contact with the trailer they were pulling. According to PA law vehicles can only overtake other vehicles when it is safe to do so, and motor vehicles are required to provide cyclists with four-feet of road when overtaking, both were certainly not the case. Furthermore, it is obvious from the video this driver was also going over the speed limit (35 MPH/25MPH) as they approached E. Prospect Ave.
