Reported to police who gave a warning letter for the near death experience of the close pass/dangerous driving, and a fixed penalty notice because the trailer had a hand written cardboard registration plate rather than a legal one.... Apparently any action taken on dangerous driving is down to the officers discretion and on this occasion they thought nearly killing me was worth a warning, but the paper number plate deserved the maximum possible penalty they could apply. I'm not feeling bitter about that at all.
