Close Pass BMW X1 CNN 020 In Bike Lane

Riding in the bike lane downhill in wet conditions. As I approached the intersection (green light) the BMW X1 drove into the bike lane at speed and almost hit me. They didn't even notice (or just didn't care?), and kept going at speed through the intersection.
