Close pass and intimidation tactics from driver

Close pass, intimidation, death threat yelled at a cyclist. There is no bike lane, so I have to ride on the road. which means the driver was delayed about 10 seconds, which was enough motivation for them to drive next to me and hurl verbal abuse and a few death threats.
