Close head-on pass

We are southbound on Chalk Hill Road when we spot two cyclists heading northbound. A white pickup truck, also heading northbound, rather than slowing down to wait for us to pass the two riders, swings into our lane and makes a close head-on pass. The white truck actually passes us closer than he does the northbound cyclists.
