Riding east on Market street cross two lanes to get into left turn lan at stop light upon light turning green followed other left turning traffic , traffic traveling west had stop light and was stopped. there was a small gap between me and the car I was following , the Toyota Mae a right turn cutting me off not only did it didn't turn to the right land it went to the left lane requiring me to brake hard to avoid a collision.
