Car on the Baldwin bicycle / pedestrian trail

There was this car on the Baldwin Trail in Jacksonville, FL, around the two-mile marker on the trail.  Cars are not allowed on the trail.  Since it had just rained, the rear camera’s lens was not very clear, so the license plate was not visible.
