This patch of road is bad enough but when the driver of 1GHO645 chooses to use the bike lane as a parking bay it becomes positively dangerous. The driver could have easily pulled into the driveway 5m up the road. This sort of behavior comes the belief that the bike lane is not actually a lane of traffic.
