Quiet suburban street, riding near kerb but parked car ahead. Move away from kerb to pass parked car, car approaching from rear revs excessively (pretty sure turbo wastegate doesn’t need to open repeatedly to pass a bicycle) and then passes with less that 20cm from my arm. As usual, car approaching for the other direction and almost has head on collision once past me.
