Beach parking

I was in the marked bike lane, traveling slower than my regular pace, due to the beach traffic. This car, which had just seconds prior passed me, apparently saw a parking spot he wanted and turned right in front of me. To the right of the bike lane is a gravel/sand mix that is not forgiving to 25mm tires. As the video shows, he turned his turn signal on right before he turns and fails to yield to me in the bike lane. I couldn’t say anything as I tried to not hit him and not fall over in the sand/gravel to my right. I was worried if I did, I may get partially caught under the car. I braked, slid and somehow even threw my chain off. I don’t know how but I managed to stay upright. I think the first thing that popped into my head was an expletive but what I said on the video was the first thing to come out. He seemed scared and said sorry, parked and quickly walked the other way.
