Almost hit by Land Rover at bicycle crossing

I was crossing the road at a designated bicycle path crosswalk. I looked left to confirm the car to my left had stopped; started to cross, and the Land Rover to my right had to have seen from their vantage point me but did not stop. By the time I noticed them, there was scarcely enough time for me to stop. My front tire was so close it actually made contact with the Land Rover side. I heard the impact but found no damage to my bicycle. The vehicle kept going as if nothing had happened. I hope I at least managed to scuff or even scratch their paint; they deserve that and more.
