Dodge Charger Shoots the Gap

White Dodge Charger appears to be racing a motorcycle and shoots the gap between me and a passing Nissan. This is not the first time I have been nearly killed by a late model Dodge Charger. Filed a report with local police, who have issued a complaint for reckless endangerment and assigned an investigator. However, if there is no direct evidence showing the driver in the seat, no citation or arrest will be made unless the driver admits to the offense. Such are the laws in Alabama.
